To begin with, she listens to all of your wants and needs and sets realistic expectations for looking at properties. She is very knowledgeable of local real estate trends. Once the search process begins in earnest, she is very thorough at researching the area and suggesting properties to look at. She is great at incorporating your feedback into future suggestions, always asking concise questions that refine the search she is assisting with.
